Vintage Spiked Pounce Rotary Tracing Wheel Tool (Noodle Cutter)

Features a smooth, lathe-turned light brown wooden handle tapering slightly toward a metal collar. A dark, aged metal ferrule connects the wooden handle to a curved, flat silver-colored metal neck. The circular metal wheel with a finely serrated, toothed edge. The teeth are small, sharp, and uniform. The wheel is secured to the curved arm by a central dome rivet, allowing it to spin freely when rolled across a surface.
